The Santiphab Sangkasi Lao Co.,Ltd (SKL) was
previously named Sangkasi Lao Factory
established in 1973. Later on it was renamed as
Santiphab Sangkasi Lao Factory since 1989-2005
with registered capital 5,500 million kip or
approximately 500,000 US Dollars.
The factory was a joint venture investment
between Lao individual and foreign investors
such as Thai, Japanese. Until early 2005, the
name has been changed as Santiphab Sangkasi Lao
Co.,Ltd in form of 100% wholly domestic
investment by increasing the capital investment
to 11,000 million Kips or approximately 1
million US Dollars.

In year 2008,
CSL Company Limited belongs to the same network
company with the construction materials
import-export company, by jointed venture with
Lao Santiphab Zinc Company Limited, the
registered capital of Lao Santiphab Zinc Company
Limited is 11,922,000,000 Kip (Eleven Billion
Nine Hundred Twenty - Two Million Kip) or about
1,100,000 US$ (One Million One Hundred Thousand
US$). |

The Company produces the steel sheets and coats
zinc continuously. Company imports the cold
rolled steel sheets in coil from Japan and
Thailand and then put it in the process of zinc
coating by using modern methods and technology
from Japan. Company also engages foreign experts
from Japan and Thailand as consultants for
machine operation and production process in
order to ensure having high quality of products
efficiently and supply the need of users
adequately. |
